"Hello hello and welcome to Day 26 of the Buff Dudes and Hot Chicks workout.

I'm Asad from Better4Fitness.com, and today's the last exercise day of the Buff Dudes workout, I know it's been 4 weeks already, I can't believe it, it's gone so quickly!

What a fitting end, because I completed all of today's workout, which I've never done before, not fully. So that shows my progress.

I was really pumped up to complete it and I felt that I could so I really went for it, and it turns out to be a good end tot he 4 weeks for me.

So now it's onwards and upwards to the next 4 weeks, the "Hardcore Fat Loss" Turbulence Training program. You can check it out at Better4Fitness.com. No rest for the wicked eh!
