5 Exercise Circuit for Fat Burning

It finally happened. 9 years ago, I first injured my knee and was told I couldn't play my sports (football/cricket/rugby/badminton) again.

If you've followed my story then you'll know my first defiance of that statement was through exercise and fitness.

But the ultimate defiance of that dreadful statement came on Saturday, when I played my first proper cricket match since that dark day 9 years ago.

It's taken a long time to physically and mentally come to terms with things, to the point where I was ready to play again. And even if I never play again from now on, I know I have achieved something.

Yes, my whole body is sore, and yes I don't know if my knee can handle the full rigours of regular cricket. I have yet more decisions to make. But for me, playing that one game is a huge "comeback milestone" in itself.

I bet, mostly it'll be fat loss related, which is why I tend to focus so much on fat loss. But if you have a different goal, let me know and I'll focus on that too.

On the subject of fat loss, I have a special workout for you that'll get you burning fat FAST.

You'll be shocked at how much work you can get done using this 5-Minute Workout featuring the "Big 5 Fat Burning Circuit" guide.

Here are the rules:

- Spend 30 seconds on each exercise (set a timer if possible)

- Do as many reps as you can in 30 seconds. If you can't go anymore, just hold the exercise at the halfway point.

- Do not rest between exercises.

- Keep going till 5 minutes is up.

- Count your total reps and try to beat it in the future!

1) Bodyweight Squat
2) Kneeling OR Close-grip OR Decline Pushups
3) Reverse Lunges OR 1-Leg Hip Extensions
4) Spiderman Climb OR Mountain Climbers
5) Jumping Jacks

Print that out and do your workout anywhere you want!
