I know you don't need motivation to exercise and eat well (that's me!) but I thought lots of these same motivational tips could easily be used to urge you on in your quest for happiness...it truly is within your grasp. You just have to get your ducks in a row, it'll happen for you. Love, Kristy

Kristy, thank you for your comments and good luck to Amy and yourself in reaching your fitness goals. Social support is the biggest factor in staying motivated, so keep on supporting each other and moving forward.
